License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Your Name or Company] ("Licensor") and the purchasing entity ("Licensee") for the use of the software plugin Smart Split ("Software").

1. License Grant

1.1 Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for commercial or personal purposes.

1.2 The Licensee agrees to purchase as many copies of the Software as the number of individual artists who will utilize it. Each individual artist utilizing the Software should possess a separate license.

2. Restrictions

2.2 The Licensee agrees not to use the Software for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Software.

By purchasing and using the Software, the Licensee acknowledges having read and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement.
